Do I need an inline booster?

Hi peeps, right I've ordered the following For my new pioneer stereo -

1 x Nissan 350Z Radio Facia Double Din – (50-256) 1 x Nissan 350z Steering control – (29-674) 1 x SONY / PIONEER patch lead for 29 series SWC – (29-020)

 

Do I need an inline booster? And if so where do I get one from?

You need Buster to show you how to do his mod, which eliminates the need for boosters

Hi,

 

I successfully completed this mod this weekend. As long as you can strip and then connect (via solder or 'crimping') wires together, it's an easy job.

 

I'm a complete electrical novice (can just about wire a plug), so I added a post to the end of the thread which may help you out.
