Knock from front end

Hi all!

 

Have had an annoying knock coming from the front of the Z for a while now, for a start it seemed to be coming from the passenger side but now seems to be knocking at both sides. I have had a local garage look at it twice now an couldnt find any obvious worn bush's etc. The knock is only really visible at low speeds but is quite loud

 

Any usual suspects i should check?

It'll probably be ARB drop links or compression arm ball joints.

These are the 4 most common, in particular the compression rod bushes and ball joints.
