Anyone here got a link to a guide for removing a Megane III front bumper?

 

Found plenty for the II but nothing for the III.

It's not my car I'll be working on otherwise I'd just wing it.

I must have missed that one.

I ended up knee deep in Renault forums looking at megane II bumpers
