Possible timing chain needs changing ??

I've been thinking about this a bit more since you came over.

 

I think it's still sensor fault of some sort. Try the list of things I mentioned in my email, in the order I listed them:

Swap out crank sensor

Take the cam covers off and check the cam trigger wheels

 

I can't see how the engine would run so smoothly if there was a mechanical fault (timing chain, flywheel issue)

I've just changed the crankshaft sensor and it seems to be running fine, gave it a bit if heavy footed driving and there was no hesitation., just want to get it attached to a diagnostic and see what the intake valve timing is reading, but hopefully that's fixed it.
