could someone tell me if these will fit

hi all was wondering if someone could tell me if these wheels will fit my 350z there 18" the fronts are 8.5 5x114 et38 and the rear are 9.5 5x114 et35 i believe the tyres would be 255/45/18 and 255/40/18.

Front tyre 245/40, rear 275/40, that will leave the front tyre circumference less than 1% less than OEM and the rear tyre exactly the same. That's the best solution I can find to insure the traction control works correctly. I don't know much about the offsets, sorry.

Yep, I reckon they would fit but those tyre sizes are miles out Offsets are slightly worse than standard Rays, you'd need 20/25 mm spacers.
