from my previous experience in the motor trade 'modern vehicles' whatever they are unless 50k+ can easily have 3 owners in the first 3 years from date of registration. It is quite normal for people to change their cars after 1-2 years of ownership (lucky people).

This is an example that any car priced right will sell as there are buyers out there still. People struggling to sell their care are over pricing their motor, which is their prerogative of course.
