Rear Lights FlyEyes

OK, done the big set of lights, looking good (especially with the new number plate which has domed black letters) but what about the lower ones, think they need doing too now? Are they easy to remove? Although the FlyEyes instructions say to do it with the lights still on the car it was much easier I found off it and I could really wrap the material right around the edge of the light.

 

Anyways, makes the black Zed look much better I think.

IIRC its a full bumper off job to get the indicator clusters out.

I grabbed some off cuts and had a go with them in - actually the easy shape and gap between the lights and the bodywork made applying this stuff a doddle. All done - took about ten minutes.

Looks good! What size material did you go for? Will be ordering some today!

I went for two strips of 30x90

 

The lights are something like 73cm long, so buying the 75cm strip would have been cutting it a bit close, by getting the 90cm stuff it meant more off cuts to do the small lights as well.
