rothers2901 Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Hi, As the title says. I am struggling to fined the colour code for the Standard silver Rays. Any ideas Quote
Leeroy Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 There will of course be a code for the colour (probably a RAL number) but most re-furb places will just match the colour by eye - most silvers are common specs. They should have samples which you can compare against though, for your peace of mind. You might even be tempted to get them powdercoated a different shade or even colour. Quote
ChrisS Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 If you are just touching up a stone chip. Plast-kote Metalic Silver is very, very close. Quote
HassanZ Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 In my opinion the original RAYS colour is too 'flat', I would suggest getting them sprayed in a metallic silver (if you are planning to refurb them that is!) with more sparkle in it or a hyper silver. A pic of my refurb: Quote
