Just bought a pair for my 370, got them at trade so this is for info only.

 

Genuine Nissan Part: 19"(passanger side), 28890-1EBA1A

21"(drivers side), 28890-1EB0A

 

These are the aero flat wipers that come as stock, I paid £47 for the pair at trade I know that there are other alternatives, but to tell you the truth, I couldn't be bothered fannying around sourcing
