i ve seem to have some rubbing issues with my rear wheels. :bang:

they are 9.5" x 19" et38 using 25mm spacer fitted with 275/35/19 tyres. :teeth:

i believe if i reduce the spacer to a 20mm that should clear any fouling.?

look forward to your assistance guys :)

Are you lowered at all? Should never rub with that setup

believe the car maybe slightly lowered but not much.

when i fitted the rear they sat/sit flush with the outer of the rear arch. :headhurt:

19 x 9.5 with offset of 38 + 25mm spacer = et of 13

I run 19 x 10.5 with an offset of 22

Mine would have stuck out further than yours & never rubbed on 275s even when lowered

Are you sure they are a 38 offset to start with?

unless i miss understood the guy i got them off.. .maybe it was 38 front 8j and 42 rear 9.5j.

the fronts are 8j but required a 20mm spacer to clear the caliper.

if its 42 offset on the rear is that going to cause an issue ? will 20 spacers help ?

42 offset would sit further in than the 38 :)

Every car is different. Fiddys car used to rub on the same size/offset/tyres/amount lowered that I had but mine never rubbed until I went to 285s.

But unless you were really slammed I wouldnt expect that combo to rub

First thing to do is actually look what offset they are and go from there.

Usually stamped on the inside of the wheel or spoke.

stamped 38..... rolled the arch on the n/s slightly and noise coming from o/s now....will change to 20mm spacer and roll o/s tomorrow. :teeth:

going on what has been said i am putting it down to the bridgestone rear tyres
