Passenger side door glass has gone funny

Hi all, #

I followed a post on here to get my 2 electric windows to work again, i stripped them down and cleaned the bushes and they work fine - apart from the passenger door window.

When i press the button to take the window to the bottom it goes down to its correct position and stops, but when i press the button for the window to come up automatically it goes to the top and then back down 4 inches and parks in that position.

 

Any ideas what could be causing this.

try the reset .......... send down and hold for five secs ............... send up and hold for 5 secs

 

that should sort it

Probably needs re setting.

Did you do the window reset procedure when you had your door card off? That will reset them so they work correctly...
