Ken Posted February 19, 2011 Share Posted February 19, 2011 P1 service carried out today at Harratts, Sheffield. I supplied Oil,filter and plugs courtesy of Opie Oils and Zmanalex. Welcomed by peter the service advisor who organised the service with only a weeks notice. Waited for the Z in a comfortable waiting area with plenty of complimentary tea and coffee on hand. About an hour into the service, Craig the technician carrying out the service took the time to offer me the chance to inspect the under side of the Z with him while it was up on the ramp. He went over most areas confirming things OK. At the end of the service he returned to say that everything was OK with no issues. Not many technician bother.
