Date now confirmed. This will be a two day event again, the Saturday will be mainly a static/show day but with the option of a drive-out as well and the Sunday will be the main drive out day.

 

If you would like to be part of the biggest 350/370z meet in the UK please pm anyone of the team and they happily will add your name to the list

 

When you pm us please state your name +1(passenger status) and the days you intend on coming together with the nights if you are staying at Moreton and also if you are wanting Sunday lunch in Betws-y-coed. And please serious entries only.

As the Saturday is not a 'formal' drive out.

The Club's public insurance liability for this type event means that the maximum number of cars that we can accommodate for a drive-out is 50.

 

So as of today's date there is are just 6 spaces left for the Sunday drive-out, unless we get cancellations.

 

If anyone knows that they will need to cancel, or as soon as they do, please pm me. This is also important where members have booked accommodation at Moreton for the Saturday night so that we can re-allocate rooms to late-comers before Moreton are told.

 

I will shortly be posting up a list of entrants and what we so far know as to requirements, so please watch for further news on this thread

I have now put together the lists as best I can (see following post) but need further info from most entrants. Apologies in advance if I have cocked up names etc.

 

So could you please:

 

Check what I have listed is right for you. If it is not:

 

pm me with any changes/additions rather than posting in the discussion thread. Please provide first names and +1 names where applicable and confirm whether you are doing both drives or just one and meals required (Sat eve BBQ and Sunday carvery). I do not have final prices yet for the meals but I guess you will want to eat so budget per person £10 for the carvery (one course) and £13 (to include the yummy puddings). 5/5/2011 UPDATE: THE SATURDAY CARVERY IS BEING PAID BY THE FORUM.

 

The Saturday shopping option is aimed at the +1's who are not going on the drive or polishing cars in the afternoon and involves a train ride to Chester and back from the local Chirk station at their expense (about £7 for a return ticket).

 

Currently working with other team members on the Saturday afternoon activity at Moreton with prizes for best turned out ZEDs etc. And there will also be a raffle over the weekend with car goodies as prizes.
