Can't see it being that hard, just need to remove the switch and extend the wires. That said, it's not something I'd ever be tempted to do, even if it would make putting the top down a lot easier and without fear of a soaking if you're putting the roof back up and get a bit ham-fisted with the buttons... ;)

I would have thought that anything is possible. It may not be straightforward though as it need the return signal from the brake peadal.

 

I have had enough problems with the OEM setup to try and mod this. :lol:
