Doesn't sound great mate... Personally after having an Import FTO, the only option for me was a Uk model, that way you know where it's been, and everything is understandable...

I moved on from that import Z a while ago. The one I'm getting now is an 04, UK model

 

Actually I'd like someone that knows their onions to give it a once over before I part with my hard borrowed loan. Who's the best person/people to ask?

I live close. I can see that car on AutoTrader... Looks good but he's asking a grand over book with only a few months tax and MOT. Still might be worth a punt if he's open to reasonable offers
