Bruce Lee Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 I've just bought a Uk 2006 face lift Z GT and although all seems well I am getting some worrying clunky noises when changing gear/engaging the clutch a low speed - 1st to 2nd. Should I be worried? Quote

mjh511 Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 I bought a 05 GT Z two months ago and I have the very same problem - only in first and second - I feel I have to be very careful in these gears to avoid the clunk but I also would like to know what it is as its spoiling the drive at the moment - I feel the clutch bites too high up and needs adjusting Quote
CaptainSensible Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 The Zed gear change does take some getting used to and 1st to 2nd is notoriously tricky. Can be a little clunky as well but nowt to worry about. Quote
