pictures of your Japspeed K1 - fitted!

As the title really, there is one for sale local to me very cheap and only done a few k, but i am undecided on how they look.

 

Even better if you can provide pics of them on a sunset, I've had a search as best i can but couldnt get a wide variety of angles :(

Picking one up tonight for a steal and its not done many miles.

 

Can people say what i need to fit it? Do i need new bolts if he doesn't still have them and what size if so?

I can't help you there mate I got mine brand new, that was a bargain too, a member bought it then decided he wanted somethin else

He supplied me with the bolts and gaskets etc and i've started soaking the standard bits in wd40 so will have a bash myself in the morning if no joy will get a garage to do it :)

Got up at 6 to get the old one off to realise i didnt buy a deep socket :lol:

 

Just loosened off the rear bolts but need to get ready for work so will finish it this eve :)

i managed to do mine in about 45 minutes with a jack and some spanners ;) just took the old one off as one, saved having to try undo stupid rusted blatently wanting to round off nuts. i say 45minutes... then an hour odd another evening trying to get it to remotely fit in my bumper. needless to say it didnt, thus i am awaiting deliver of my buddyclub system.

 

anyway get some pics up once its finished ;)

:lol: The two nuts i did this morning were quite simple the wd40 soak may have helped B)

might be a bit late but here you go...

 

i tucked the bumper as the cans were touching it and i didnt want it to melt over time.

also the is a cross fram thingy underneath that the forwards most part was touching so i put some washers in so i didnt get too much of a rattle...

Thanks Matt :thumbs: Yours sits the same as mine on the right, was yours due to that metal box/cover thats there aswell?

 

Managed to get mine to clear the cross member but will space it out if i hear any rattles.
