alessandro Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 Does anyone know A-Plan insurance? I got a quote from them for £775 with £350 incl breakdown ( including mods and points). Does anyone have any info on them? I tryed others with no joy other than Sky @ £700 for only insurance. ChrisKnott wouldn't insure me. mattbowey Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 i used A-plan paying 2k but i only have 2 yrs NCB and have 3 points and am 25. they offer excess cover too, was 54 quid i think and it covers upto 1000 pound excess. was the best i could find but after joining this forum and seeing what other ppl are paying (even some around the same age as me) i feel i shouldve shopped around better. when i rang to inform them of my mods, spacers, k1 zorst and ummm.... i think thats it, (do you have to inform insurers about a stubby?) i only had to pay an admin fee of 20, nothing extra on the premium.
