Will seats from a 2005 UK car fit my JDM

Are they UK leather seats? Does your seats have airbags?

If its any help My JDM only has 2 airbags, passenger dash and steering wheel

The ones im looking at have airbags and are heated but mine don't have either and I'm not fussed about those bits just want the leather seats

you would need the heated seat loom i think if you wanted to get the heated bit working. but i cant imagine there being fitment issues. my only worry would be if the electrics are different for movement?
