maxi-glasgow Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 It's time to get an oil change done, and the last time I done it I ordered Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 Ester Synthetic. Would anyone recommend to stay with this oil or is there a better oil out there? I don't do any track days etc but I like to put the foot down from time to time if that makes any difference. Quote

That's the stuff I use which was recommended to me by Opie Oils. No complaints from me at all, it's a very good quality fully synthetic. I think they've just changed the brand name of Silkoline, but I can't remember what it's called now Quote

rtbiscuit Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 silkolene are re branding to Titan still the same stuff etc and still made by fuchs. i use royal purple oil 5w30 does the job well. but that or fuchs stuff will be fine, running it either 5w30 or 10w40 Quote
