Worth a punt?

Anyone got one of these generic Ebay oil coolers? How is it as far as oil cooling and quality can go? Is it worth spending mega £ and getting a branded on as these don't look too bad and there's loads of different ones too.

Might be alright, however you don't really need a relocation kit and I reckon a thermostatic sandwich plate is a good idea. There's a guy on ebay who sells mocal kits, probably worth a look - not actually that expensive.

From my experience all things are cheap for a reason... I would go for a branded kit, Mocal or similar

FI shouldn't be done on the cheap, it will only end in tears

I'm not aiming to do FI on the cheap, but I will save on what I can, which will mean I have more for the bits that really count. Just because somthings cheap, it doesn't mean it's crap, it just usually is Didn't know if this was one of those parts that a generic one is actually quite good. Those Mocals don't look too bad either and you only get the bits you actually need. They've got some massive ones too! Uber cool, literally.
