P2 Service cost breakdown - Nissan Ilkeston

Just rang Ilkeston Nissan as it's the closest to me and seeing as I have FNSH I thought it may be nice to kep it.

Basic P2 = £296.19

£300 for a P2 service?

That includes £55 for oil, £13.81 for air filter, £8 for brake fluid and £30 labour and £34.99 ofr engine flush and fuel treatment.

 

Expensquive for a Nissan stamp I think. I can't understand why they can charge so much for what is basically an oil change.

 

Does anyone know a decent service centre near Nottingham/Mansfield/Derby area?

I'm quite keen to hear any recommendations that people have too, currently I just go back to where I got the car - clearly not the most sensible option considering its miles away

Hmmm, the only one is praises & woes is Mansfield. I'm not surprised - I didn't even bother ringing them.

I have to go all the way to Lee's Falcon Performance garage in Middlesbrough to have my car sorted but it's worth the trip. I happen to go to the North East on most weekends. Don't think i have come across any good garages that knows the Zed well enough in Notts.

The wafer thin difference between a P2 and P3 service are well documented and often lamented topics on the forum!!
