It was a 111s with a few light mods K20

Ah very nice. I had the pleasure of driving one of those whilst mine was in for a service. That said, I preferred the more brutal cam shift that my 111R had, than the smoother i-VTEC pull.

 

So why did you switch to a Z?

 

 

I never wanted to let the lotus go, but was hit by some arse in an Audi, the poor little elise didnt fair up to well and nor did I So decided to go for something with a bit more protection in the event of an accident. That said I still get the pleasure in driving me mates Exige on the odd occasion

Doesn't sound good Darren, bet that was a write-off. I had a bit of a knock in the Elise - cost someone without insurance £800. Was an expensive Burger King for them. Hope the same doesn't happen to the Z.

Thanks. I was pleased with how it sounded on the factory exhaust. Might wait a while till I replace it and spend the money on some wheels. Don't really like those 6 spokes.
