Different boot spoiler

Hi Guys and Gals

Although I am still Zedless - hopefully only until tomorrow - I have been looking at spoilers and fancied doing something other than Nismo or Standard and found this

 

Its called a Kaminari, well the firm is anyway!

 

They do a pretty good all round kit but it was the spoiler that I fancied first.

Has anyone fitted one of these and does anyone have any previous knowledge of this make?

Very nice mate Don't know anyone on the uk forums with that spoiler. My350z would probably be the best place to ask that question!

love the whole kit, not so much the spoiler, I would have bought the kit if mine didn't crop up.

 

kaminari is supposed to be great quality and fitting. Also good as front lip is in ABS and not fiberglass

Priced it up and it should be about £200 to the door plus some tax if asked.

Probably about £100 to paint and fix.

Personally , I like the subtle lip spoiler , I dont even like the Nismo...in fact since I've put the lip spoiler on mine I wish I had kept it naked at the rear Oh well never satisfied

Shades of a 6 series BMW rear end with a bit missing.... looks good but alas not for me, a little large for the zed..... (and thats from a man with an ironing board on the back of his subaru!!)

Have to say that I'm not particularly a big fan of that spoiler..... don't like the way it comes down to the lights etc......

 

Top part is ok..... but just ok in my book. But each to their own!

I actually liked it for many of the reasons others don't, the following of the lights being one of them. There are two other good reasons that may help me decide to go down this route.

1 Mrs Ming likes it!! (A big point in my humble opinion.

2. No one else seems to have done it yet and we all like to be a little individual.

I shall get it and fit it - with pics of course - and let people see it.

Worst case scenario it looks sh*te and I take it off and throw it away.
