i have the same ariel! it is absolutly useless cant get nothing on it! gonna have to change it soon

I bought something similar as well off ebay..a bee sting aluminium about 9cm long. Looks the part but poor signal. I think i might give the S2000 stubby aerial a go.

LOL i have a jdm so i dont get much radio anyway. I was thinking about getting a booster for the strength once I get my new hu fitted. I only listen to radio1 and radio4 so hopefully it will be ok.

yeah im the same with a jdm! ive got a bandwidth expander but not had the time to pull the dash apart to fit it to the bose! might aswell do it when i get an s2000 one though and hopefully be able to sort it all at once
