I keep trying to make it at home, and fail every time. Wondered if anyone had any insider tips, as it costs a fortune to get it wrong! I always mix equal measures of gin, triple sec, vodka, tequila and white rum. I then add either suger water or sweet and sour mix, and then a dash of coke. When I made it a bit ago, the taste of tequila was overpowering. So I took that out and then the taste of gin was overpowering. Eventually it'll just be coke Is it more complicated than just mixing the ingredients? Quote
Vik54 Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 One of my favs.............. My recipe is the five white spirits - equal measures - fresh lime juice and full fat coke. Shake all ingerdients apart from coke over crushed ice, strain and then do equal mix & coke Quote
