nrenz123
Over the last month or so i have noticed that there is a sound definately coming from the aux belts that sounds a bit squeaky. anyone else had anything like this before? the belts are in good condition so im thinking it could be one of the pulley bearings or somthing. sunset350z
If we meet up i can have a look and see if its a belt or something else
Chris`I
Probably just needs tightening. IIRC it was mentioned on here before that Nissan likes them quite tight so if they loosen up a bit they squeek. Mine did for a bit but they needed replacing (cracked) and have been fine since
ZMANALEX
More than likely only adjustment mate.
quicksilver
I fitted new belts on my car in Feb after 60K and then they started to squeel. If you tighten them up and they still squeel it'll be one or both of the tensioners which need replacing. I replaced both tensioners on mine and there's been no squeeling ever since. hope this helps as it drove me crazy for a month when mine were squeeling.
