sparky370z Posted September 16, 2009 Share Posted September 16, 2009 hi there people, when my Zed is sitting there just on the idle it makes a small popping noise from the zorst. sounds like back pressure. i had just taken her (or she took me) for a good raz up the road tho. is this normal or am i just being silly. ohhhh and the heat that comes off her is immense!!!!! sparky370z Posted September 16, 2009 Author Share Posted September 16, 2009 yeah it is a stock exhaust, it doesnt sound like a blow out anywhere in the car. just the popping you sometimes get on high performance cars. i just wondered if this was normal, at idle? Sparky 5zigen zorst is about £1k inc the y-pipe, hiflows are about 300 ish, then you got manifolds and the bits in the engine bay. Yes they have made a bit of difference but only when you tune the car! Yeh thats what I was thinking on the AFR mike... Sparky you changed anything in the engine bay yet?
