NWZ Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 As the title says, if I don't sell my 350z I have an option of storing it in a garage. Any tips on what I need to do to store the car? Put it up on blocks if you can, leave handbrake off, disconnect the battery or hook up a suitable trickle charger, jam the clutch pedal down. Lock the garage door. Put it up on blocks if you can, leave handbrake off, disconnect the battery or hook up a suitable trickle charger, jam the clutch pedal down. Lock the garage door. I was going to suggest rolling the car every now and again to stop them Yeah and to protect the side walls, also if you are away for 6 months there is always the chance that a tyre may go down. If the car can be started and moved a bit every week then my recomendations are not really necessary. But if you are like me, storage for 6 months tends to turn into a year at least and it is amazing how stuff deteriorates when left unattended.
