In my opinion that's utter crap.I have run mine on 95 several times with no probs at all.Keep an eye on it.

Its got the rest of its 3 year warranty which runs out at the end of october.

It was damn scary to say the least. It was on a windy country road too!

When I test drove mine it was showing only 20 miles left until it ran out. It then tried to die a couple of times under acceleration. I got the garage to fill it up and all good 4k later.

It sounds like the car is choking on the crud at the bottom of the tank (you know when the car is spluttering all over the place in an old banger type). I wouldn't get too bothered by it if it's a one off. If it happens again, book it into Nissan dealer straight away on warranty and get it fixed. Your in a better situation that without any warranty.
