Rene13 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Hi guys, Proud owner of Azure 350Z since 2006. Using my simple mobile which is bluetooth enabled and communicates with the bluetooth system in the car brilliantly. I'm considering the Iphone but have been warned it might not communicate with the 350 bluetooth system? Any advice? And what about the Blackberry? Thanks in advance! Rene Quote

kustard Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Iphone has bluetooth - I'd be interested to know how to get ti working with the Zed though - is this standard on all models? I just use a headset? Quote
cgomez1978 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Ive got the parrot CK 310 and was having loads of problems with the connectivity, turned out everybody was having the same problem so apple released a new software up date so just make sure the iphone is updated to 2.2 and everything works fine Quote
kustard Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Presume I need to buy something to get it to work? There's some phone cradle thing in the centre console, but I haven`t reallyg iven it much thought Quote
nick w Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 works on mine fine but you can use the voice commands though! Quote
sunset350z Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 You need a bluetooth adapter that plugs into the cradle http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350z-Bluet ... 240%3A1318 Or there's usually someone selling one on here Quote
Maccaman Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 I think he's saying he has one already but doesn't know if it will work with the Iphone. Quote
InsanezeD Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 When I got my Bluetooth module it was described that it will work with any bluetooth enabled device, and it works on both my N95 and G1. I'd have thought that bluetooth was generic and should work with any bluetooth device regardless of manufacture? Quote
martinmac Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Come on guys, pay attention. Cant help with the bluetooth as I have a roadster but a BIG to the forum bud. Stick a post in the intro section with some pics Quote

Rene I noticed you said you have been the owner since 2006,is your car a 06 plate. If so you should have been supplied the adapter that goes in the cradle in the centre console when you got the car. Mine is a 06 plate and was given the adapter when the car went in for a job,the parts guy said I should have been given it when I bought the car. Quote

Rene13 Posted February 1, 2009 Author Posted February 1, 2009 Hi guys, Thanks for all the replies, brilliant! I had to re register as I lost my log in details.... Yes, I have the cradle and at the moment I'm using the bluetooth with my Siemens mobile phone which works perfect. I'm thinking of getting the Iphone and was just wondering if it worked with the 350 bluetooth cradle. Looking at the replies it seems to work so thanks all for your help, much appreciated! Rene Quote
