MITZ@CougarStore Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 By the way, Nissan own the L22 UST numberplate… It stems from the Zed slogan, ‘Lust then Love’… You can see the page through their homepage http://www.autotrader.co.uk/ Quote
manc350z Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 The "L" was dropped off the end of the original URL http://www.autotrader.co.uk/EDITORIAL/car_page_content/depreciation_busting_sports_cars_money_saving_tip_cut_car_costs_cheap_motoring.html Quote
N1SM0350z Posted January 15, 2009 Author Posted January 15, 2009 OOPS sorry guy's! Ahh thanks CS! Quote
Digsy Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Whatever the URL, clearly its not a very well researched article as anyone selling a 3 year old Zed will testify. Utter bollox. Quote
Sunny1 Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 To be honest i'd be happy with 50% of the original selling price after three years Quote

Stew Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Maybe it's depreciation busting buying an early example now. Mine was looking good up until 6 months ago. Hadn't lost too much at all! Quote
Trev-the-Rev Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Agree with the above comments. Not sure if I'm missing the obvious but does it state when the article was written? Quote

Trev-the-Rev Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 OOPS Well in that case it's definately a load of tosh Quote

lomoto Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 OOPS Well in that case it's definately a load of tosh only the true pedigree sports cars are , and will buck the depreciation trap.. certain Ferrari's, Older 911's, Early SL's, even Triumph Stags, E type's etc.. but all will have to be mint to avoid monetary loss.. even then the upkeep to run and maintain one if run on a daily basis would be horrendous The guy's that write this rubbish ought to be the first into the dole office Quote
ersen.o Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 i got mine for 12.4k 1 year and ago and still belive its worth very close to that, dont think that this car has lost too much for me Quote
