I have a 07 roadster GT with the bose and sat nav if that helps? Quote

If you have the BOSE with the useless-from-medieval-times tape deck (except for MartinMac), try the MP3 fix which will cost you about £1 and only takes a few hours to do - although it does mean opening the BOSE and invalidating it's warranty. The unit is designed to sit in your glove box and be hardwired into your airel so that it plays through a certain freqency with no interfeence etc. £70.00 for a half arsed solution im sure you can buy non nissan versions of this far cheaper????
