Can anyone tell me what sat nav this is?

Just brought a 350z Gt and i thought this was the stock sat nav but it appears to be different compared to what it says in the manual.

without any pics of the software running, its difficult to tell as all we can see is a blank screen.

 

look behind the pasenger seat, in the tiny cubby should be the DVD unit, which should tell you what your running

Thats a standard oem fit birdview system

 

i would guess its a cd based system, which you will find in the cubby behind the passenger seat

Yea i did see a remote in the center consul when looking over the car. Should be picking it up Friday.

 

I thought it was a stock fit but do they do an option of not to have the buttons there? Also i didnt see the DVD player for the sat nav behind the seats.

the later models (06) had the buttons near the screen, the player is in the cupboard behind the passenger seat, you need to tilt the seat to open it to look inside

Oh cheers guys. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I was told it was a retro fit sat nav off the GTRoc.

Yes, looks like the birdview. Its not a bad system but doesnt take postcodes. If the dvd drive is missing drop me a pm

It doesn't take post codes? Thats pretty crap but i guess most built in sat navs are the same. I had a new astra a while ago and that was the same.

It takes phone numbers for POIs though
