Remote window closure

Hi all, After struggling to reach back into the car with the window up (parked in a tight garage) i thought id try and find a add on for the factory alarm system that closes the windows when the car is remotely locked. I was looking at one of these http://www.bodykitsonline.co.uk/shop/in ... ts_id=7150 Has anyone done this and used something similar to this? Any tips would be much appreciated.

it's a shame yo can't close them with the keyfob like on some german brands

most alarms will either do total closure or you can add a module from an output for this

 

should of been standard imo

Hey guys any ideas on this. been to couple of places and no one seems to have a clue.

Be very carefull if you tap into the window power as these are connected up to the BCM. You could do some serious damage if you do it wrong.

 

I spent a long time looking for a system to do this but AFAIK its not possible on the UK model. If you have an import and have the turn and hold key to put windows up function its possible to get a module which will work with an alarm but the UK car does not have this function

didn't really think about the zed not having this.

 

really love this feature on my current car, especially on a hot day, as you walk to the car, you can get them open before getting into the car etc.

its standard on my US imported 350z. cant roll them up though. only down:-(
