english owners manual

i have recently bought a jdm and for some strange reason it didnt click that i was gonna get an owners manual with all the controls button layouts etc in japanese does anybody know where i can get an english one for a 53 reg from.

 

also what is the switch on the right hand side of the traction control.

If it's the same as mine, it's for the heated windscreen. Post a pic to confirm.
