Is there any reason why people shouldn't buy from the usa?? I mean, why not start importing them? could be £400 profit to be made on every set! Am I missing something? Quote

martinmac Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Personally I am happy for the dealers to do all the hard work then have to provide the back up when it goes wrong. I remember someone ordering four wheels and only getting three. Loads of pitfalls. I can see that its tempting though. Quote
bigphil Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 plus that price is for 18''not 19'' Don't know were you get the £400 profit from as we sell the 19's for £1200 and the 18's for £1080, once duty is added you would have to sell at around £1800 to make that profit, think we undercut that by a good amount.
