I have just had two rear Michelins fitted and replaced a TPMS sensor on a single rear rim as part of the job. I took the vehicle to our local Nissan dealer to enable the new sensor to be matched to the car. They were unable to complete the task as they said the sensor was not Nissan. They also told me all four sensors could not be programmed.... The original two Nissan sensors were also not paired but they were before the tyre fitting. Three years ago they did programme, exactly the same scenario on front tyres, and it went perfectly. Has any one had a similar scenario? They want £784 to supply and fit all four new Nissan sensors.

Replacing the 4 sensors is extreme.

I would try a DIY manual relearn first, the attached video has worked for me on numerous occasions, but remember this video is for a LHD 370.

Also, if you prefer or require  to use a TPMS tool then the Maxi TPMS works well.

Thanks for the video. I tried to find the elusive cable but it was not there. My car is UK 2014 RHD 370z Nismo. I had the bottom dash panels off on both sides. I have a company check the wheel sensors and there is only one sensor giving a reading so the fitted item was dead and others... He is charging £60 per wheel all in for new sensors with a 3 year warranty.

I think that the later cars don't have the wire and the TPMS tool has to be used.

The quote that you have is reasonable providing they guarantee a fix.
