Trying to find a bracket but I don't know what it's called

I'm looking for a bracket that's just behind the rear bumper on the drivers side, I'm not even sure what to call it, can anyone point help me out with what it's called?

or does anyone have one for sale?

(I've linked the video at the exact point he's holding it and tapping it with a screw driver)

I'd appreciate any help working it out

Think that’s the carbon canister cover found in the osr quarter, it’s basically meant to vent the fuel vapour to a safe place, they go very crusty and don’t really do much either apart from protect it

I bought some brackets recently including that one. I can look up part no.s for you in a couple of days. I had very similar work done.
