Not noticed any rust yet on my 04 JDM but I'm planning ahead and going to giver her a good once over with some rust prevention spray. My main question is where does rust historically accumulate, and which is the best brand of rust prevention spray to use?

Rear arches, w brace, kidney braces and fuel tank panel/guard, por-15 I’ve been told, hammerite is also fairly good and easy to get hold of

Ah brillant thanks for the advice! I'll check out Hammerite :D

Just fully undercoated my car with lanoguard

Meant to be good gear, have been recommended it alot by Landrover Defender owners (which are farmed)

Just give it a wash and remove most scabby bits and spray over the rust (has properties that removes moisture etc from the rust and seals it in preventing any more rust unlike waxoyl) its also clear so you are not hiding anything either!

I painted all my bits with bilt hamber hydrate80 to convert all rust before hand so it looks nicer!
