Replacement locking wheel nut key

Providing they are genuine OEM (probably McGard) you will require the locking wheel nut key code number which is printed on a tab in the plastic bag so that you can order a new one. (not the locking nut set number)

If you do not have this go into  your Nissan dealership with your car and borrow there Master lock nut key set.

Once you find the master key that fits, then just take the number off the master key and order up a new lock nut socket from there parts department.
