Umster Posted April 30, 2019 Share Posted April 30, 2019 So I've got the Cobra HFC and CBE, fitted by the previous owner, which I want to upgrade for cosmetic reasons. Preferably want to sell as a whole set if anyone is interested BTW. I've got the Amuse bodykit on the car but the Cobra exhaust looks terrible; tips don't match the kit and the backbox hangs out. I'm going to follow @V1H and cut my bodykit a little and custom make some diffusers which amplifies the problem of the backbox hanging below the bodykit. The question I have is. . . Has anyone ever cut the backbox out and had some smaller inline resonaters welded in? Is it worth the shortcut? Should I expect a lot more noise? Any in line mufflers people can recommend?
