EvansJD2112 Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 Started my 2018 370z this morning. Fan came on then noticed I couldn't alter temperature or fan speed. No controls on the heater/Aircon panel are working. Fan is still on and it feels like the Aircon is working because I was blooming freezing by the time I got to work. Hopefully just a fuse. Kryptek49 Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 The ribbon cable on the 350z is fairly fragile, if it's damaged the fans can just blast out air without you being able to stop them. Not sure if the 370z uses the same kind of cable, could it have been dislodged or damaged? Other option could be that you've got the fans set to auto? I know it was working when I started the car, saw a light on the front defrost button. Then it dies. Feels like a fuse but we'll see. Phoning Nissan shortly.
