Advice on selling my 350z

Hey guys, just a quick question, a buyer has offerred me quite a considerable sum to buy my 350z than what its worth in Cash at the bank but he has told me that he will not register the car and will use it for drifting only. However, from a legal point, would I be in an trouble?

If a private sale then you will have to send the V5C to DVLA and pass on to the new keeper Section 10.

Just follow the guidelines under section 12 of the V5C.
