MAF cleaning.

Hi all, i want to clean my MAF sensors today if poss, do I have to go through the pedal dance procedures after if that's all I do?

Hi,

 

I have cleaned my maf and did go through the pedal dance. I'm not sure if you need to, but it wasn't too difficult anyway so I wouldn't be too concerned about that.

 

If you clean the throttle body then it's more of an issue - mines threw up an error code when I cleaned the throttle body. I attempted the pedal dance twice and it worked and the error disappeared.

You don’t need to do the pedal dance. I only did the pedal dance when I cleaned the throttle bodies.
