Will De 2004 engine take Nos reliably?

Hi

does anyone know if a standard 2004 DE engine will handle nitrous reliably at approx 75bhp boost?

Engine has good mileage at 68O00 and maintained well.

Depends on the kit and how it’s mapped. 

 

But it if you’re asking if a DE engine can handle 350bhp, the answer is yes. Just be aware you may struggle to insure NOS these days, as many insurers won’t touch it any more. Never mind getting hold of the stuff...!

+1 on what Dan says, nos and insurance is a nightmare, I looked at this route and was soon put off the idea, shame really coz I've got a supplier and a tuner near to hand.
