Hursty Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 Rite going to be stripping out my headunit and replacing it with a pioneer single din touch screen sat nav http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/products/archive/AVIC-X1R/index.html Ive been looking round the ICE part of the forum and was trying to build up a list of things i will need. So far i think i need... - Facia adapter, but the few i have found say 2004 onwards (mines a 2003 UK GT) - steering wheel controls connection - but unsure where to buy this... - Something to go inbetween to keep the Bose amps etc workin. Is there anything else before i start; also will i loose any functionality by taking the standard stereo out; phone etc....? Ian Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 I think you will lose the phone. You need to buy a PAC-ROEM kit, A Micra speaker harness, Fascia Adaptor, Aerial Adaptor (may not be needed).
