kernow zed Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 (edited) Hi i recently started getting error message 1173 coming up. Apparently its sensor 1 bank 1 running lean. Initially it would go for a few weeks but then started appearing every couple of days so i sourced a second hand one and had it installed. Was fine for a couple of days but now i have error code 1147 which is sensor 1 bank 2. Could this sensor also be knackered? Or is it being caused by something else like a dodgy maf sensor. RobPhoboS Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 Try contact cleaner on the maf first, better to remove it with the little torx bit (sorry can't remember specific one this second), obviously be careful with it.
