Slight rust on a stone chip

I've a stone chip that has some surface rust that needs some attention. Could some one please point me in the right direction for treatment. My plan is to respray the roof or possibly all the car down the line but I'm after a quick solution now to prevent the rust from

doing any sizable damage, It's only the size of a kittens little toe.

 

I'm thinking Hammerite Kurust to treat the rust and then a simple black touch up, any thoughts?

For a temporary fix then as you say Kurust followed by touch up paint on top is what I'd do.
