I'm afraid they don't make one with the UK plate feature, a good bodyshop fabricator can do it, we have had it done before using a damaged UK bumper and cutting out the plate recess and then glassing it into the new bumper but adds about £150-£200 to the job, so you would be looking at around the £600 mark for supply, remake and paint.
